Application

 

Single molecule techniques are powerful tools for biochemistry. They allow the detection of individual biological molecules, with exquisite resolution at the nanoscale  and the ultimate sensitivity, at the single particle level. Real-time acquisition means dynamic biomolecular processes are recorded as they occur. Single molecule assays also provide information on sample heterogeneity that would be missing in traditional “bulk” assays.
